The Boring Legal Stuff
Yep, we gotta make it official. The Photo Shoot ensures everyone’s on the same page and ready to have a blast!
Because even Piggie Smalls needs a little legal love. Sign the Animal Handling Waiver (if selected) to show you’re cool with hanging out with our superstar animals.
And last but not least, the “just in case” Liability Waiver. Think of it as our way of saying, "We love you, but we gotta cover our tails!"

Jump Around
Photographer Session (Outside Property Only, No Animals)
Capture unforgettable moments with our 30-minute "Jump Around" session! Enjoy exclusive access to our scenic farm, featuring iconic spots like the vintage tractor, charming swing, and more. Whether it’s a family portrait, engagement shoot, or just a fun day out, this session offers the perfect rustic backdrop. Take it up a notch and use our beautiful Farmhouse Studio! Bring your creativity, and let the farm’s beauty set the stage for a one-of-a-kind photoshoot with unforgettable farm charm.

Moo Tang Clan
Photographer Session (Highland Cows/Animals & Outside Property)
You’ll get to hang out with our friendly, photogenic cows! Now, our cows are absolute divas and get bored after a while, so for individual sessions, we'll start and end your shoot with them for 15 min at the beginning and the end. In between, you’ll have a blast with our other farm set ups! From the tractor to the barn wall there's plenty of options!
Use this option too for Minis. We ask that you please cap your sessions at 4. Each 15-minute block includes some quality cow time (because, yes, they are THAT fabulous), followed by a quick hop to another picturesque spot on the property. Our cows need their beauty rest too, and trust us—they know how to demand it!
*Animal Waivers Required – Yes, even stars have paperwork!

Photographer Session (Highland Cows/Animals, Downstairs of Main House, Outside Property)
Nestled within the tranquil surroundings of our sprawling farm, this photography experience offers a delightful blend of rustic elegance & natural beauty. You'll have the opportunity to immerse yourself in the idyllic lifestyle of rural living, surrounded by the gentle presence of Highland cows and other beloved animals. From the serene ambiance of the countryside to the cozy interiors of the downstairs area of our main house most notably the amber tones of the bourbon room. Every corner of our property exudes a sense of comfort and tranquility.

No Scrubs
Photographer Session (Downstairs of Main House & Outside Property. No Animals)
Channel your inner sass with our "No Scrubs" photo shoot! Set against the charming backdrop of our picturesque farm, this quirky session is all about fun with a touch of countryside flair—no animals involved!
We’ve got props galore & creative settings both indoors and out. Think hay bales, old tractors, & even a clothesline with fluttering laundry to add that perfect touch of whimsy. So, dust off those boots, get in your best friend's ride and put on your best grin!

Me, Myself, and I
(No Photographer Needed with the Animals)
Ready for some farm-fresh fun with your crew? Introducing our "Me, Myself, and I" package—no photographer needed! Up to 6 people can come, love up on our adorable animals, and snap all the pics you want with your cell phones. Hang out with the Moo Tang Clan, Goat Malone, Piggie Smalls, and the rest of the gang. With hay bales, old tractors, and a magical forest, your photo ops are endless. Grab your best friends, your cell phone and let’s get snapping!

Steer Clear of Boredom
Eat with our Highland Cows
Come visit Carne & Asada this Summer Break! Bring your favorite take out (or snacks) and enjoy an inside, private 90 min long experience with them. The mini cows will be roaming the designated area while you can brush, cuddle and feed them. The maximum amount of people in a group is 6. This includes anyone over the age of 1-year old. Price is based per booking not per person.

Quiet Time in the Studio
Step into the Fair Weather Farms Farmhouse Studio – A perfect haven with the best natural lighting for your next photo session! Equipped with AC/Heat to keep you comfortable and a variety of unique props to spark inspiration, our studio is available for rent by the hour. This charming space offers everything you need for a productive and enjoyable session!

Udder Moo-sic to Your Ears
Step into the barnyard spotlight with our 30-minute Moo Tang Clan photo shoot! Get ready to mingle with our celebrity cows, who are udderly excited to strike a pose. This session promises to be utterly hilarious and moo-velous and definitely a barnyard bonanza you won't want to miss!
